How RNGdle works
Updated 2026-10-02
The daily game is a button, a number, a set of badges, and a score called EP. The leaderboard ranks scores. This page stays on those mechanics.
-
Enter a whole number from 0 to 1,000,000.
Official build snapshot: 2026-10-02. Only the highest EP badge in each family contributes. Local results never change your official account.
From button to score
- The roll is one integer from 0 to 1,000,000.
- Badges fire from properties of that integer.
- EP is the entropy-point total after the family rule.
- The public board is at rngdle.com/leaderboard.
Sign-in is a magic link, described on the login help page. Use the calculator for a family-adjusted score from our dated build snapshot.
Verification notes
I opened the leaderboard page and the public JSON at /api/leaderboard/public. Rows include a rank, a display name, an EP value, and a roll number. On 2 October 2026 the stats endpoint’s best roll was 67 at 104,946,998 EP with 23 badges. I also read the client bundle enough to see that matching badges are grouped by family and only the highest EP in a family is kept. That rule is why a naive sum of every badge misses the official total.

Questions people ask
What does EP stand for?
Entropy points, the name used on the about page.
When does the day reset?
The about page says each day you get one roll. It does not print a timezone on the page I read, so I am not stating an hour.
